Excel-Export & Project Templates

We have two new must-have features for you, that will make it easier to communicate, standardize, and scale your work in LastBIM:

⬇️ Excel Export

Export your catalogs as Excel files to communicate the requirements to all project participants or to attach the requirements from LastBIM as appendix to your contract documents, like the EIR (German: AIA).

You’ll find this new option under “Export” in the catalog sidebar, right alongside your other export tools.

📁 Project Templates

Set up new projects faster than ever. With this update, you can now use any existing project or standard as a template when creating a new one. Everything except for the project history and the project members will be copied from the template to the new project.

This finally exploits the full potential of standards: Preconfigure your standard project including the catalogs, disciplines and roles that you always need and use it to set up new projects quickly.
