Configure Auto-Split Characters for Property Values

In some cases large lists of property values need to be inserted as property values. Some examples are regulatory value definitions and similar thing.

It should be possible to configure which characters will automatically split the value-list. After this change, we'll be able to paste large value lists into the property requirements without any manual adjustments afterwards.
