Customizable Catalog Dashboard

Currently the dashboard offers a few limit statistics about information levels, domains, properties and specifications. Now that the tags are available, there are more and more use-cases for customizing the catalog dashboard.

Example Use-Cases:

• Graph of properties that have been "agreed" on, indicated by a tag. Staggered line-chart with the the amount of properties on the Y-axis and time on the X-axis

Included Functionalities:

• Configure custom graphs on the dashboard
• Change the order / size of cards on the dashboard
• Add a link box, to reference other resources
